The Mill House sits between a water mill and a 900 year old church. The family who run it have looked after the house since 2000, with comfortable rooms, home cooking and a garden that runs down to the water.

Basic rooms with a shared bathroom, or en-suite singles, doubles, twins, triples and family rooms for up to five. Every room has a television and tea and coffee making facilities, and most have pleasant views. Ground floor rooms are available for disabled guests.
On the river
200 feet of riverat the bottom of the garden.
The garden runs along the Langford cut, where it joins the freshwater River Blackwater. The fishing is good, with pike, perch, bream, tench, roach and double-figure carp.
Guests can take out our rowing boat (at your own risk). Otters have come back to this stretch, and kingfishers, herons and muntjac deer are regular visitors.

Chicken, beef, vegetarian or vegan, every Sunday from 4pm. You don't need to be staying to eat with us.
